On October 11th, our Primary 3 and Primary 4 classes had the opportunity to participate in the first edition of the Montegrappa Baseball Cup, held at the Baseball Field in Fellette. It was a day that left a lasting impression on our students, enriching them not only from a technical perspective but also on a personal level.
From the moment they arrived, the children were immersed in an atmosphere of excitement. Our students, filled with determination and team spirit, threw themselves into the experience, showing focus and commitment that made us all extremely proud. Throughout the tournament, they faced each challenge with courage and dedication, honing their technical skills: precision in hitting the ball, quickness in movement, and, most importantly, the ability to make swift decisions under pressure. But the true victory of the day was watching how each player became a vital part of the team, understanding that baseball is a sport where collaboration is key. Every pitch, every catch, every swing was an opportunity to show that success comes only when working together.
At the end of the tournament, it wasn’t just the points or wins that made the day special, but the experience of coming together as a team. Our students learned the importance of communication, trust, and how crucial it is to recognize and appreciate the contribution of every team member.
A heartfelt thank you to all the parents who supported this initiative and helped make this unforgettable day possible. We look forward to experiencing something similar again soon!
