During the guided tour of the Botanical Garden of Padua, students explored the vital role that plants play in the ecosystem. They had the opportunity to observe various species up close, learning about their unique features and the ways they adapt to different environments. This hands-on experience helped them understand the delicate balance of nature and the interdependence of living organisms.

After the tour, the students took part in the laboratory activity “DNA: The Unknown,” where they were introduced to the basic concepts of molecular biology. Through practical experiments, they learned about the structure and function of DNA, uncovering some of its fascinating secrets. The lab offered an engaging way to bring science to life, encouraging curiosity and critical thinking.

This enriching experience not only deepened their scientific knowledge but also promoted teamwork and collaboration. Stepping outside the classroom, the students turned learning into an exciting journey, discovering how science connects to the world around them.
